Applied ICWA Training
We focus on practical training that people can use right away in their work.
This includes ICWA compliance, documentation, court process, family engagement, and working correctly with Tribal Nations. Our trainings are built from real casework situations, not theory, so participants leave knowing exactly what to do differently.
Alongside that, we support systems building. We work with agencies and Tribal programs to strengthen how cases are handled, how communication happens, and how decisions reflect ICWA and community expectations.
The goal is simple. Better decisions, stronger cases, and Native youth who remain connected to their families, culture, and home communities.

Empower Indigenous Futures
Are you supporting Native American children in the foster care system?
Whether you’re a caregiver, ICWA advocate, tribal child welfare professional, public agency staff member, or part of the court system-our trainings are for you and your team.
We offer powerful, culturally grounded sessions designed to deepen understanding and sharpen your skills. Each delivers practical tools and real-world strategies to help you navigate the complexities of foster care with cultural integrity, compassion, and confidence.
Join a community of professionals committed to honoring Indigenous identity and ensuring every Native child in care is supported with dignity, connection, and a strong sense of belonging.
Support That Connects
The ICWA Family Preservation Program is a core initiative of our organization, dedicated to protecting the rights of Native children and families under the Indian Child Welfare Act. Working in partnership with Tribal nations and agencies, we ensure that children remain connected to their culture, community, and identity.
Our team monitors cases, provides ICWA training, and advocates for safe, lasting family reunification. We uphold not only the law—but the spirit of ICWA—by supporting families with the resources and respect they deserve.
Because every child deserves to grow up surrounded by their people, their traditions, and their story.

Keeping Culture Close
The Cultural Connections program links Native youth in foster care with mentors who can help them stay rooted in their identity. But it doesn’t stop there-we’re also building a network of foster parents and culture bearers. We are looking for caring people ready to step up to learn more or share their knowledge, while providing culturally grounded care. Whether you’re offering a home, a tradition or a hotdog your presence helps preserve identity, strengthen belonging, and keep culture alive for the next generation.
