Technical Assistance

The Native American Training Institute also provides technical assistance for organizations working with Native American children and families.  The types of technical assistance provided vary according to need.

Strategic Planning
NATI has experience in facilitating statewide taskforce meetings to develop a comprehensive state plan for addressing alcohol/meth and other drug use on or near reservations. The planning approach NATI uses involves a community based model that includes identifying the key stakeholders affected by the program and its services. The planning utilizes the input during the planning meetings to craft strategic plans that are talored and unique to your tribe, organization, or program.
