The wraparound concept is both old and new in Indian Country.

While the wraparound process is a new way for professionals to work with children and families in crisis, the practice of calling on one’s relatives and the community for support has been in Indian communities for hundreds of years. The training module is an adaptation of a national training which incorporates Native American perspectives and best practices learned by tribes.

This training lasts 3.5 days.
